Desperate for a place to live, one man finds a rental that seems, eh, too cheap to be true. At only $900 a month in an expensive city, he decides to take his chances. After a few weeks, strange things start to happen, but nothing that can’t be explained by the wind or raccoons. Then one night, he finds a glass of water with fresh ice cubes in his locked and secured garage. After a brief conversation with his neighbor, he heads home and meets his roommate of sorts, Elena.
