Listener Transitions

We'd love to hear you on the show. To submit your audio files and possibly get your voice on the show, please follow the steps below! All submissions should have the subject "MY TRANSITION" and be sent with an attachment to:

chad@disturbedpodcast.com

STEP 1

START WITH THIS:

Hi, I'm _______________, and I give permission to Disturbed: True Horror Stories to use my voice however they see fit, in perpetuity. I understand this is with no implied promise of present or future compensation.

STEP 2

These are for the transitions. You may use your full name, just your first name or a nickname if you'd like.

If you're one of our Patreon members, show that off! Something like "Hi, i'm Patreon member (name), and you're listening to Disturbed.

1) Hi, I'm ___________________, and you're listening to Disturbed. Now back to the show.
2) Hello everyone, I'm _______________ and this is Disturbed. Let's get back to the show.
3) This is __________________, thank you for listening to Disturbed, let's get back to the show.
4) Chad thanks you for supporting his sponsors. I'm_____________________, now back to the show.
5) I'm_______________________, and this is Disturbed. Let's get back to the show.

6) For the last one, make something up! Have fun. You can even plug something (as long as it's brief). For example, "This is Jenna in Miami and when I'm not saving the world as a nurse I listen to Disturbed, let's get back to the show." Things like that. Just do what you want for a few of them!

STEP 3

IMPORTANT - BEFORE YOU FINISH YOUR MESSAGE, PLEASE SLOWLY AND CLEARLY SPELL YOUR NAME FOR US!

STEP 4

You can send more than one take of the lines, but don't worry about making it perfect.

Please try to record your transitions in a quiet setting with no background noise. Your phone can work fine in this scenario.

Email your audio file to chad@disturbedpodcast.com with MY TRANSITIONS in the subject line, so we don't overlook it. Please make sure it's an mp3, mp4, aif, wav or quicktime file.
